Hi, I’m Crystal, the creator of My Brain Said No.

This brand was born from my real-life experience navigating ADHD, dyslexia, and severe anxiety while raising six children, five boys and one girl. Four of my boys also experience ADHD, dyslexia, or both. In our house, forgotten thoughts, lost objects, overstimulation, hyperfocus, mixed-up instructions, and “Wait… what was I doing?” moments are simply part of life.

For years, things that seemed easy for other people could feel incredibly complicated to me. I’ve learned that a brain that works differently isn’t a brain without strengths. Sometimes we just need understanding, encouragement, and a reason to laugh when our brains decide to rewrite the schedule without consulting us. 😂

That’s what My Brain Said No is about.

I create relatable apparel, gifts, and humor inspired by the moments neurodivergent people actually live through. My hope is that something here makes you laugh, makes you feel understood, or reminds you that different doesn’t mean less.
